"We purchased a new home in 2023 and it was in need of new siding and a new roof. We contacted several companies to come out and provide us with estimates. Leveled Up Construction LLC came out and provided us with a full detailed breakdown for our siding and roof replacement. We chose to go with them and I can tell you we were not disappointed! Shane was very professional and very knowledgeable!  Him and his crew came out and did the work and had our siding replaced and our roof replaced within one week! To this day, our roof and siding looks to be brand new and you can tell it was installed with a lot of attention to detail and professionalism! Thank you, Shane , Tara, and the crew at leveled up construction LLC!"

"Milex Constuction came to my home the same day I called for an estimate. Mr. Alex was very thorough in explaing how the work would be done. I feel they listened to my concerns & paid special attention when working in those areas. They are very knowledgeable, not only about product and process, but also handling insurance claims. The job started out a little rough because of the weather. It turned out to be the hotest 2 days of the summer! Still everything was completed in 3 days and the clean up was treated just as important as the roofing job itself. The workers are a dedicated bunch who worked till dark when needed. All the guys are very polite and extremely dedicated to their work. Mr Alex's referal to the exterior painters was also a spot on choice. Now that the outside is done, Time for some inside drywalling!

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Damage is often caused by moisture, impact, or settling. Regular maintenance prevents significant issues.

Hiring a professional for stucco repair ensures accurate diagnosis and application of appropriate techniques to prevent further damage. They deliver seamless results that maintain aesthetic appeal and prolong the exterior’s life.

Yes, you can screw directly into stucco. Only do so if the item you are installing is a permanent fixture. Drill a pilot hole into the stucco using a masonry or concrete bit, then drive in the screw with a power drill or screwdriver.

The best tape that works on stucco is the kind made explicitly for stucco surfaces. Look for tape that specifies stucco, masonry, or cement installations. The adhesive usually needs to be thicker and more durable to remain stuck to these rough surfaces.

Choosing between traditional and synthetic stucco depends on your specific needs, budget, and climate. Both options are durable, but synthetic stucco includes an extra layer that makes it more resistant to cracking and a better choice for climates with extreme weather. In hot, dry climates with less rainfall, traditional stucco is a suitable and more affordable option that is less likely to trap moisture. Synthetic stucco also offers more color options and requires less maintenance.
