"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I called and was able to quickly get an estimate and get the work scheduled right away. This was important as I was selling my house and needed to get the work done. The work to the structure under the porch was top notch and done quickly. The initial repairs done on the old windows was not done in a quality manner. But when I took photos and sent them to Luis he had someone out to fix the problems the very next day.
