They came back to spread 10 cubic yards of wood chips in the garden next to my beautiful sidewalk. Hard labor - shovel and wheelbarrow. They were meticulous is spreading the chips around existing plants and spreading it evenly. Now I have two huge reasons to smile whenever I look outside!! The crew removed the lower section of drywall and most of the studs, then broke out about 18 inches of the cement floor to install stone and a perforated pipe before finishing everything with fresh cement. All materials were brought in and out through a small basement window, which was no small feat. The team worked hard and handled the entire process professionally. They installed plastic barriers to keep cement dust from spreading through the house, stayed organized, and kept the workspace as clean as possible. "John and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed"

"This is the second time we have hired Groundworks (formerly Bakers Waterproofing) to perform work at our house. The first project was in 2017 when we had the waterproofing system installed. We called Groundworks a few weeks ago to get an estimate on lifting our front sidewalk and stairs that have sunk a lot over the past year. The steps had sunk to the point that the railings were not connected to the house, making it very unsafe for anyone coming into the front of our home. Aaron Lenker & Corbin Gillichbover were very professional and knowledgeable when they arrived to assess our sidewalk and steps to lift them. They left our sidewalk and the surrounding area better than when they arrived. Our steps and sidewalk are now level, and the railings are securely attached to the house again. We are thrilled! "Tom was excellent to work with along with his helper. He gave me a reasonable price for my chimney liner and chimney cap and masonry work. What I respect the most about Tom is when he came out to look at my job he removed the pipe from my heater it was so clogged from no liner. When he saw it he had his helper go grab the tools and unclogged it immediately for me before he left which I thought was so nice not only did he not charge me for the quick clean out but he had no idea if I would choose him to do the job because I told him in the beginning I had another man coming out that following Monday for a second estimate. Both men were nice but Tom went the extra mile so I chose him for the job. I was not disappointed he showed up on time did a great job with the liner and the chimney I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest guy with good prices does great work and shows up on time."
