"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. "I made two appointmens with this contractor and he failed to show up. The first appointment was to stop by at a specific time to evaluate the project. He didn't show up. I called again and he did show up to evaluate and he quoted $300 and I accepted and he scheduled a time to begin the work and again never showed up at the scheduled time. I received no phone calls to indicate why he didn't show up or to reschedule the work."
