"We recently visited Stroud TV & Appliances in search of Bosch kitchen appliances, expecting a knowledgeable experience since they’re listed as a Bosch dealer. Unfortunately, the salesperson we encountered had little to no knowledge about Bosch products. It was quite disappointing, considering that a Bosch dealer should be well-versed in the appliances they’re supposed to be experts on. Despite this, we decided to give them a chance and left our contact information, expecting them to follow up with the details we needed. Days passed, and we heard nothing. When we stopped by the store a second time to inquire why no one had contacted us, we were met with even more frustration—they didn’t even have our information on file. It’s clear that this store lacks basic professionalism and organization. If you’re looking for competent service or reliable follow-up, don’t bother with this place. It’s a waste of time dealing with a store that can’t even manage simple customer communication. Extremely unprofessional."

"Purchased a wood burning insert in October 2020, they told me it would be installed by the end of October but then could not schedule the install until 20-days after the original date they promised. Then the installer or Stoves N Stuff canceled my first & second appointments both with less then 12hrs notice!!!! I guarantee if I would have canceled with less then 12hrs notice I would have been charge a show up fee!!! This is for a vacation home so I was going up there just to have this stove installed & they canceled on me twice!!! When the installer finally showed up to install the stove, they had issues connecting the chimney liner to the top of the stove. I believe they cut the liner too short. when they were finished the stove was tilted towards the back of the house extremely noticeable!!! The installer told me he would level it out when he came back to finish the front facing plate. I think they tilted the stove so they could make the liner reach the top of the stove. To top things off the blower did not work!!! The blower is on a heat sensor when the stove reaches a certain temp it turns on but the sensor was not mounted correctly!!! so that was another appointment I had to make for them to come back to make the repair to the blower! I complained to the store manager where I purchased the stove (Stroudsburg store) thinking they would give me store credit or cut some money off the $6500 price of the stove for all of my inconveniences !!!! The store manager could not have care less! so then I called the store owner at the Tamaqua location & I got the same reaction he did not care about the service I received! The sales lady (Margie) and the tech that fixed the blower issue were VERY friendly & VERY professional!!!!! The Owner/management & Installer were not professional & not at all reliable!!! If I had to buy another stove it would definitely not be from this company!!!"
