If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered a new refrigerator on 01/28. DIdn't get it til 02/11. It didn't work out of the box. Waited until 02/24 for a technician to show up. Didn't fix it but ordered a part. Part arrived and technician installed on 03/01. Didn't work as soon as they left. Texted the technician and he said to wait 24 hours for it to cool down. Here we are, 29 hours later and the refrigerator still does not work. Appliances Connection said they are sending ANOTHER technician to verify that it doesn't work. That won't be until 03/17. We can't send it back without having to pay $400+ in shipping. Horrible service, what a nightmare. They show no remorse and could care less. As soon as it was unloaded by a third party, they were absolved of the matter. Absolutely horrible company. Don't buy ANYTHING from them

They use 3rd party delivery. Terrible organization, showed 45 mins early and wouldn't wait for me. I had to call the company and delivery service multiple times. Then parts were all chipped when they installed it. Delivery driver made it sound normal to just order new parts. BIG MISTAKE- a month + later still Waiting on parts to be replaced and am told they are being delivered to MY home and that I am expected to inspect it upon arrival. I am worried they will be damaged and then I'll have parts sitting and waiting. Super sketchy, I requested to speak with a manager and they have never called me after requested over the phone and through a claim. I completely regret using them. Don't do it to save a few bucks.

It's November 2022 (11 months since purchases) and double ovens, warming drawer and dishwasher are still NOT DELIVERED. Appliances Connection is an absolute nightmare! I spent nearly $30k on appliances from this company and EVERY SINGLE ITEM has been damaged and/or doesn't work, and ALL items have been extremely late for delivery (almost ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase)!!! The 2 double door Fisher Paykel refrigerator freezer units ($7k+) were both dented in on the doors and drawers and frame. Appliances Connection only offered a $50 credit. The Marvel beverage refrigerator ($3.5k) arrived badly bashed on all four sides and never worked. Appliances Connection made us go through the hassle of having a Marvel rep come to our home and see if it could be repaired. It was not repairable. We had to wait EIGHT (8) months to get a replacement, but only after extreme hassle. The Fisher Paykel gas cooktop arrived with crushed control knobs. The GE garbage compactor was delivered crushed and was dead on arrival and never worked with a broken foot pedal. After months of waiting for a replacement, the replacement unit stopped working after 3 months! I purchased a Marvel ice maker ($3.5k) to match the Marvel beverage refrigerator, but apparently the glass door model was discontinued when I purchased it (not disclosed) so Appliances Connection just sent a "substitute" unit that doesn't match the beverage refrigerator (to be installed side-by-side). Additionally, the "substitute" unit was badly scratched in the inside, as if it had already been used by a prior customer. I've been waiting TEN (10) months for the Fisher Paykel double oven ($8k) and warming drawer ($2.5k) and dishwasher ($2k) but Appliances Connection offers nothing except an excuse that "it's backordered." I never speak to the same person twice and multiple "ticket" submissions for damaged and non-functioning items go ignored and are apparently sent to a black hole. This company is an absolute nightmare! It appears they are selling "scratch and dent" items for FULL PRICE. Save your money and save yourself the anxiety and hassle of dealing with this outfit and BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This company is garbage - I ordered a range that was clearly damaged upon delivery, but I was assured it was only the bottom panel, and at the time I was not informed of the 30 day replacement policy. I got around to renovating my kitchen 2 months after I ordered the oven, and when I opened up the packaging, I found that not only the bottom panel was messed up, but the whole thing was broken - in addition to the cosmetic damage that makes the unit impossible to slide in well between the cabinets, some of the burners don't work and there is an internal gas leak making this range unusable. To add insult to injury, they took their sweet time getting back to me, and now this is adding a month + to construction, preventing me from finishing my kitchen and potentially selling my house. These fraudsters need to replace my range asap!!!!

I ordered a gas range, a wall oven, and a range hood for a kitchen renovation. I placed my order in April 2022. It is now august, and the only appliance I have is the gas range. The wall ovens were listed as available with a shipping date of May when I originally placed my order- now every day that I check the website to see when my ovens might arrive it is pushed back yet another day into the future. The range hood was back ordered as well, so I changed my order to a different hood that was in-stock. The first unit they sent arrived as if it had been thrown down a cliff. There was no styrofoam or packing material inside, as if they sent me a display unit -and it was bent. I did not order a display unit. I had to first send the unit back before they would dispatch another. That was over a month ago. I've been on the phone with them constantly - originally they were telling me the warehouse was not releasing the item for whatever reason I don't understand. Now, apparently the item is damaged again and they have to send ANOTHER. But first they have to... email some people? And that takes SEVERAL DAYS? Meanwhile, the kitchen renovation I planned for in April, that started in May, is now delayed into who knows when (it is now AUGUST) because I don't have a hood to finish my backsplash. I've given up on receiving the ovens anytime soon, I 'll be ecstatic if they come before Thanksgiving. Overall they are uncommunicative and have p***-poor service should you need assistance beyond them shipping it to your doorstep unharmed. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Their policies and communications are misleading. it is very bitter experience working with your agents and associate (A&M Trucking Delivery). First of all, while making purchase, AppliancesConnection agents didn't disclose the full information even when I explicitly asked, moreover the wrong information was provided about return shipping rates. I bought a Master Bedroom Set from them. Before making the purchase, I asked the agent over a telephonic call, that I want White Glove delivery and what's the difference between White Glove and standard free delivery. I was told, they will just open the boxes for you for an additional $119.98 and take the boxes back (but no assembly), while in free standard delivery they will "just" deliver it inside your home. Also, the sales person told, that I would be charged $0.75 per pound for return shipping in case I would like to return any of the purchased items. Given that reasoning, I chose standard delivery. While delivery I asked the delivery personnel to open the content. They said, even if they open it or I open it, I need to talk to the AppliancesConnection if anything is damaged and needs to be replaced, and they won't take it back even if it's damaged, and they are just responsible for delivery. Now being a weekday at the middle of my workday, I chose to just get the delivery and open it later. When I open the content later during the weekend, every single item in there is defective and damaged. It's clearly defective (along with damaged) to the point that AppliancesConnection shouldn't have shipped it at the first place, and now AppliancesConnection are asking me to either go through warranty, or pay $1.5 per pound (double than what they told me before making a purchase decision) for shipping it back to them (which would cost me $830) along with any restocking fees and damages (done by shipment or defective products), which I believe is unfair. On top, when I already have few pictures of the damage, you want all the pictures for return (when I already open and took picture of defects and repacked) AppliancesConnection expects to open ~600 pounds of furniture in 15 minutes and inspect by yourself at the middle of workday. If I knew about AppliancesConnection delivery policy earlier while making the purchase, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place, but guess what, your website doesn't state that while checking out (I kept the screenshots which I will use in legal) Please keep in mind while making a purchase, that you may pay $830 for return shipping + restocking, while AppliancesConnection keep sending defective/damaged products and provide wrong information.

I have ordered the refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher for my entire kitchen. I have paid right away, they swallowed my moneys like a shark. They lied all along about the availability of the items. Nothing was delivered on time. And, when, finally, after weeks of going back and forth, the items were delivered, neither refrigerator (the different model was delivered) nor gas stove were working, and I am still waiting for the service call. Try to avoid this place at any cost, or you are doomed to be lied and their customer service is non existent. Just try to stay away from purchasing any items in this place.

I had a horrible experience with this company. In early June 2022 I ordered a Friedrich through the wall air conditioner. The price was good and I paid for installation as well. The good news is they came the next day and delivered the unit. Everything after that was bad. They crew that came to pull out my old unit and install the new one was not very professional. They were not experienced and did not speak English very well. They pulled out my old unit and cage, and then they put the new unit in the wall and left. It could not be tested because my outlet needed to be updated. When I went outside to caulk up the opening the next day, I noticed they left the packing foam and zip tie inside of the unit. So, I called them back to send someone to get that out. It took a week for a new crew to come to the house. These three new guys were totally unprofessional. They insisted they could remove the foam and zip tie from the OUTSIDE. I said this was a bad idea. They cut the zip tie and thought they were done. I guided back them inside the house and said I wanted the material removed from the unit and I wanted to test it. They reluctantly removed the unit from the wall and removed the foam and zip tie. Then they plugged in the unit and tested it and it did not work. The fan was completely stuck. They started to manually pull the fan WITH THE UNIT PLUGGED IN. I immediately told them to stop. They said they were done and were ready to leave. I then called and asked someone to explain to them in Spanish to put the unit back in the wall since I did not want a huge hole in my living room for bugs or animals to enter. They put the unit back in the wall and left. Subsequent calls during the next days caused me mounting frustration since I told the company their installers did not complete the job I paid for and the unit they sent did not work at all. They said their portion of the job was done and I had to take my problem up with the manufacturer. Appliances Connection had horrible customer service and I recommend staying away from using them in any way.

I take full legal responsibility for the following comments It was a horrible shopping experience,My Order Number : 2335120, on 06/14/2022 I ordered a washer and dryer from this company for $2126, but after I placed the order sameday and found out that the dryer I ordered was not gas, I immediately asked them to cancel Or change the order, please note that the order and the request to cancel or change were issued on the same day yesterday. from 06/14/2022 to today-06/29/2022. I have contacted them many times, but they put the blame on each other, the answer the customer service gave me was:“the order cannot be cancelled only waiting" I am now waiting for the delivery of the merchant,what the merchant below said my order number is fake, It's so deceiving, I still received their emails today, but it still contains nothing, just saying that it is checking, and then there is no following. I am a customer but I have been so ravaged by the merchants, you will refund the money if you have no goods The money is dragging on like this, I regret placing an order Appliance connection online, it's horrible Bad shopping experience made me feel about this company: 1. Attracting buyers to purchase online at a price lower than the market, but there is no actual goods. 2. Although the merchant informs online that the supply is tight and can cancel the order, in fact, the buyer cannot cancel the order on its own website, and no one answers the phone call or chat on the official website. 3. The stock price of the parent company 1847 Goedeker has fallen by more than 95% since 2021. Given the current predicament, of course I am very worried about being deceived I ordered from this company on the Internet, but it has not been delivered yet. Chatting on their official website is almost impossible. When I call, they said they will transfer to the customer service. but no one has called me. It has been ten days since I paid, and none have told me whether it will be shipped or how long it will take. I have no choice but to complain to the media.

Stay away at all costs!!! I ordered a Sub-Zero refrigerator from them after they gave me a better price and shorter delivery time than others, explaining they were one of the largest dealers so they got preferential treatment. Literally the day after ordering, the lead time went from 8 to 12 weeks to 4 to 6 months, and when I raised it with customer service, they said "too bad." After 8 months, still no fridge so I asked for the order number they put in with Sub-Zero so I could contact the manufacturer myself, and they refused to give it to me. I went to Sub-Zero in Manhattan, and I found out that AC was not even an authorized retailer, they had been kicked out of the network because of dishonest and fraudulent behavior, and they had therefore never put in my order. That explained why they called me and tried to get me to buy a substitute product. Who knows how many other manufacturers they are claiming to be an authorized retailer for when they are not (which by the way would void your warranty in some cases). Unless you want to get ripped off and lied to, run away fast!!!

Ordered all my kitchen appliances. They lied from the beginning about delivery dates. When they did arrive most were severely damaged. I returned most back to the delivery driver but did my best to keep what I could because it takes months to get replacements. When I got inside I noticed the range hood was not the right one and had a dent in the back corner. It lacked the wrapping new items come with. Called them within 20 minutes of delivery and they are dragging there feet on getting me a replacements. I was stupid and did not read reviews before ordering. Check out their reviews with the BBB it’s horrible. My story is repeated over and over.

Advertised refrigerator at competitive price with free shipping. After about 2 months, when they could not confirm if or when the appliance would be shipped, I cancelled the order. For the past month, they have refused to refund my purchase price, paid in full when I ordered. They have mastered the delay tactic. I have repeatedly contacted them, by both phone or email. I've spoken with a variety of customer service representatives who always pleasantly inform me they have to check with either a manager or the "warehouse." And nothing happens. I am filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer & Worker Protection.

I tried to order a washer/dryer all in one OVER 1 month ago. I spoke to Victor who works in sales and promised me this was scheduled and taken care of. I took off work to get this delivered- I was cancelled on last minute. I then called, emailed, called again, emailed again etc (took days to finally reach someone who could assist- lots of run around). I had to get to the point of yelling over the phone which is not typical for me to do. I was told to call the delivery company. They told me they would finally re-set the delivery date, and guess what- I took off another day of work and confirmed multiple times- ITEM NEVER CAME. I called delivery company myself at this point and they told me appliance connection never did this. I then scheduled AGAIN for this past monday, my fiance took off work this time since I am a nurse and cannot keep taking off, and the delivery guy called saying he was in traffic- LAST MINUTE CALLED AND CANCELLED!!! WE LOST 3 DAYS OF WORK. They are un-accomodating. I tried to reach the manager- they stepped out after I called at 1pm? I was told manager would call me back and put in as an urgent call- NEVER HAPPENED. I asked what happened to this item- first they told my fiance they gave it to another customer, then someone else said it was lost in transit, then another person told me it was DAMAGED and now cannot ship to us and will be backordered for a unknown amount of time. I asked for reimbursement for my time at this time, NO RESPONSES, NO HELP, THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT AND LIARS. I have been willing to work with them- but cannot even get a response. I would retract this statement if someone would even call me back at this point!! I will now be reporting this company on every level possible. I lost valuable time and $ due to a company being negligent and not caring about their customers at all. Never in my life experienced something like this. I am a healthcare worker and don't have that kind of time to waste. It is so upsetting. I would honestly take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a dishwasher through Appliances Connection on 7/5/2021, and paid $149.99 for professional installation, as offered at the time of the order. AM Home Delivery delivered the dishwasher to my home on 8/6/2021, but refused to install the dishwasher. The delivery team said that they never install dishwashers. They also said that they deliver appliances for Appliances Connection every day. How can it be that Appliances Connection did not know AM Home Delivery would not provide the professional installation services that they charged me for? I am now unable to get a refund from Appliances Connection, until AM Home Delivery confirms that they did not install the dishwasher. AM Home Delivery has been unresponsive to my communication so far. This issue is between Appliances Connection and AM Home Delivery, and I should be given a refund by Appliances Connection.

I had never ordered a major appliance online before, never really crossed my mind. But when our oven/range blew up, we needed something fast. I immediately began doing my research and once I found the oven we wanted (Induction - awesome!) I started price matching. It would have been easiest to shop near where I work, but they were back ordered by several weeks. I also walked into and called several additional stores... until I came across Appliances Connection. The price was right, a promised delivery date within a week (had to pay a bit more for quicker delivery), and the ordering process was a breeze... DONE. Their Customer Service is unmatched, with friendly agents to talk and/or email with, and email notification was provided at every step along the way. We had our oven in 4 business days and they even unpacked it and set it in the kitchen (the movers cannot actually install the product as they don't do electrical work). Overall a great experience. Will definitely use again.

My Sharp microwave of 20 + years died and although I only use it to warm foods or melt butter, it was still an inconvenience to not have one. I went to the search engine ask.com to find an appliance store on line, for a replacement. I knew I wanted a Sharp but beyond that, no ideas. I explored many stores and among them was appliancesconnection.com. I had never order an appliance on line and was very apprehensive but I buy almost everything else on line and have been very pleased with the merchandise and the stores I've ordered from have been outstanding and I haven't had any problems. I find shopping on line a blessing as I hate the mall or store scene. Having to run all over town looking at different models not to mention, the employees in the stores know little to nothing about the merchandise they sell. Then there is the safety factor-I just don't feel safe going to the malls or strip centers anymore. I'm in my 70's and really don't feel safe shopping out in the world these days. There is traffic, finding a parking place, gas prices and on and on with shopping in malls/stores. On line, I can shop when I please and there is more information about merchandise than any place else. Appliancesconnection.com is what I clicked on and found more microwaves than I knew existed-all prices, all sizes and any option you could ever want. My only problem was trying to decide on one. After much research, I finally settled on a mid-size Sharp plain/no frills microwave-just right for my needs. I did not pay shipping charges or tax and it couldn't have been easier. The customer service at appliancesconnection.com keep me informed on the progress of my order. Actually, my microwave arrived before the email telling me that it had shipped. If I need another appliance, I will not hesitate to buy it from appliancesconnection.com. I found them a pleasure to do business with and an outstanding company. I have used AppliancesConnection.com for several appliance purchases now and have always had an excellent experience. Their prices are very competitive and on top of that they usually have some sort of rebate or discount offer that sweetens the deal even more. Communication is great, the products have always shipped out in an acceptable timeframe and have always arrived as advertised in proper condition.
