I was amazed at how pleasant and patient he was! He needed access to my basement and the location of yhe exhaust was blocked by boxes we have stored. He moved everything he needed to move, without complaint. He worked pleasantly and diligently unti the problem was rectified. I have never had a better delivery experience! The truck was delayed through no fault of theirs and I was able to easily communicate with them throughout the day. The purchase of the dryer was also a pleasant experience.
