"Frontpoint customer service was great. However, the product is self install, which wasn't for everyone. Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types.

He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge.
