I discovered his plumbing and painting abilities while all that was going on. He did so well with my place that I then had him do a full house renovation on a house my daughter bought near me. He did a fine job on that one, which included not only redoing the whole house interior but also cutting out an exterior wall and installing a sliding glass door to her deck.
