He had all the tools that were needed, and wasted no time grinding/sawing off the old bolts, re-drilling and re-assembling the wood base, affixing all the hardware, and installing the new larger/lockable mail box. The whole process took less than an hour, so we asked him to climb a ladder and remove some old hardware from the back wall of our house. Everything was installed perfectly, and left neat and clean. I know it sounds silly to "rave" about such an easy, inexpensive job for a handyman, but I did not have the tools to do it, and now I know who I can trust and call on in the future. From our direct observation, we can attest that Doug is an extremely proficient, polite, and knowledgeable "crafts-person," and I would ask for him again."
