The whole process took less than an hour, so we asked him to climb a ladder and remove some old hardware from the back wall of our house. Everything was installed perfectly, and left neat and clean. I know it sounds silly to "rave" about such an easy, inexpensive job for a handyman, but I did not have the tools to do it, and now I know who I can trust and call on in the future. From our direct observation, we can attest that Doug is an extremely proficient, polite, and knowledgeable "crafts-person," and I would ask for him again."
