"I ordered a new Chromebook. They sent me a fake "your item shipped" notice. After I didn't receive it in time for a birthday present (because it hadn't shipped yet), I I told them to cancel and refund my money. I never received a refund because they lied again and they shipped it anyway. It was not even in a box as a new Chromebook, not the same chromebook I ordered, had a huge 3" crack by the keyboard, mouse pad is pushed in, the word "IT" is scratched in the screen, and it is filthy dirty."

"Took my iPad here. The battery had stopped working. In fixing the battery, they told me they broke the finger pad button. They said "Apple makes it really hard to work on these and it happens in about 2% of cases that we break the finger pad button when we open it. We used to tell people that beforehand but we just stopped doing it." Offered me a $50 discount on a $150 battery replacement. I took it home and parts of the screen were dead - I couldn't type the letters U, H or N, I couldn't activate apps that were on the screen near those areas, I couldn't use the iPad for anything. Took it back, they said "But the battery is fixed." Said "Essentially, your iPad doesn't like the new battery." Lots of calls, lots of time, in their shop almost 3 weeks, but no ownership of the problem, no replacement, etc. Refunded me another $65 and kept $35 for the "diagnostic fee". Never again."
