"It was a freebie. It cost my $31 because I had a freebie thing. Their normal prices are not bad at all. They explained what they were going to do very well. The carpets looked wonderful afterwards. They actually took photographs of before and after. It was almost embarassing of how dirty the carpets were before. I felt they were very good."

"He was professional, came right away and cleaned the carpet where my dog had thrown up blood. He came immediately and checked out the job, came back the next morning with his cleaning supplies and did a wonderful job. He moved furniture and provided excellent customer service.
