"April of 2020 I contacted Quick Kleen to complete a carpet removal and refinish hardwood floors. I spoke with Jeannette, she took my information and stated another individual would contact me regarding prices. Later in the day I received a call from Ray. He asked the dimensions of the room and what we were looking for. I explained the carpet and padding would need removed - we were saving the carpet and then the floors would need finished. Ray explain that we had two options a stripping and a coat of polyurethane or a sanding and polyurethane which would cost more. Ray also stated that we would not know until we removed everything what process we needed. He also explained if we needed the floors sanded and that process we would need to reschedule for another date due to a different team being needed. I thanked him and said we would move forward and schedule. Jeannette called me back and we scheduled for April 24th. On April 22nd I received a call from Jeannette asking to reschedule. We rescheduled for May 6th. On May 4th I contacted Quick Kleen to check on a time for May 6th. I spoke with Ray and he said that they only had a team scheduled to complete the stripping and polyurethane process that I would have to have the carpet and everything removed first. I advised that we cleaned out the living room already and the process needed completed as I was scheduled for. Ray called me back and said they had a team and would be able to do both. At 10:20 a team of 3 arrived at my house. I was not introduced to anyone; one gentleman started tearing up the carpet (atleast halfway into the room) and padding and showed there was paint on it. He stated that the floors would need sanded down. I said ok I will call the office to schedule that step. The other gentleman stated they dont do that service anymore I would have to find someone else AND because I was not getting everything done the cost was going up. I told him that was not what I was told I was given the option between 2 different packages and obviously we needed to wait until the carpet was up before deciding on which one. He argued with me that they do not offer floor refinishing anymore and I would need to pay the full amount but he would check with the office. I had no choice but to have them finish taking up the carpet because they already pulled 1/2 of the carpet and padding. He went and sat in the car almost the entire time on a conference call the other two work. He came in and gave me the receipt and a pamphlet i opened the pamphlet and showed him where it said hardwood refinishing and he said again they dont do that anymore. The one gentleman - Ed was trying to clean up - Ray yelled at him and told him to stop that is an extra fee. After they left I swept up the mess and found staples and nails all through the floor. I contacted the office and spoke with Lynn. Lynn told me that they gave me incorrect information they still do floor refinishing and that is what I was scheduled for. She also told me that removing the staples and nails was part of the process of taking up the carpet and tack strips. She advised me she would reach out to someone and have them call me to get the work completed. I received a call from Ray Wojcik - he stated that he was at the house and he was a part owner. He said that removing nails and staples is not part of the service that is extra AND he told me he didnt want to do the job today but I forced them to. He was EXTREMELY rude screaming and yelling at me not letting me talk. He told me that he talked to me every time and he knows what he told me and I got a better deal with what they did. He stated they normally cut down the carpet and padding for the garbage but because I wanted it saved they carried it to the garage and that should be extra. (The padding is also in one large piece sitting in my garage). He refused to send anyone out to take the nails and staples out and said "Be happy with what you got I told you I didn't want to do it or be there." He then started swearing at me and I disconnected the call. I have a one year old and other children and now I have to hire another company to come out and finish the job - the living room furniture is in the dining room. You have to go through the living room to get upstairs and now the livingroom is unusable. with a 1yr old who is walking he now needs contained in a bedroom so he does not get hurt. This is completely unacceptable There website also states they complete hardwood floor refinishing but refused to do anything with ours. The first two photo is how the room was left. The others show all the nails and staples after I cleaned the floor."

FAQs for pressure washing projects in Slippery Rock, PA
Yes, pressure washing companies typically use your home’s water supply from the water spigot outside your house. While arrangements can be made with the pressure washing company to supply its own water, it’s very rare. Unless the company is already set up to supply its own water, this will likely incur additional costs for the company to fill a tank and haul it.
The main difference between pressure washing and power washing is that power washing uses hot water and pressure washing does not. Pressure washing uses only the water from the outside hose connection. Heated power washers tend to cost more and are more commonly used by professionals. Hot water with special cleaners is better suited to more complex or challenging cleaning tasks such as removing grease or oil from a concrete slab. In most cases, pressure washing your driveway should not require heat or powerful cleaners.
The cost to pressure wash a house ranges from $100 to $750, depending on the location, size, and height of your house. Power washing, on the other hand, costs from $250 to $400 per project, on average. Other cost factors include the accessibility of some areas of the house.
Avoid pressure washing these items and areas of the house:
Painted or stained decking
Composite decking
Stucco
Painted siding
Light fixtures and electrical outlets and panels
HVAC units (your air conditioner)
Windows
Plants and trees
These parts of the house are okay to pressure wash:
Natural wood decking that is not stained or painted
Siding made of vinyl, aluminum, and cement
Concrete
Most children’s toys
Outdoor furniture
Trash cans and recycle bins
