It has been over a year since our waterproofing project in the fall of 2023. At that time we had “nuisance leaks” in our basement but they were becoming more and more problematic. We hired Groundworks to waterproof our basement. The winter spring and especially the summer of 2024 were very wet where we live. We were so proud of our lovely dry basement. It is now the summer of 2025 with lots of rain but there have been no leaks since Groundworks completed our basement project. We are very happy with their work!"

"CM Contracting did a fantastic job on working with me on renovating my kitchen, and working with me in my design tastes. They did alot of custom work, which turned out wonderful. We did concrete countertops! New windows, and they also did new doors for me as well. Not only did they work with me on concept of the kitchen, but worked around a much needed doggy door, that they installed and went out of their way to make a built-in step to help them with the out side extra depth, now that is looking after your client and it's pets. "Mark is an extremely hard worker. We had a complicated (to say the least) short sale buying experience and I truly believe it was his hard work ethic and "get it done attitude" that is allowing me to write this review from inside our new home. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions at all times of the day and even weekends. He had to deal with the bank and two different realtors to get our answers but he always got what we needed. He even helped me with a mortgage question after we made settlement a month later.
