It has been over a year since our waterproofing project in the fall of 2023. At that time we had “nuisance leaks” in our basement but they were becoming more and more problematic. We hired Groundworks to waterproof our basement. The winter spring and especially the summer of 2024 were very wet where we live. We were so proud of our lovely dry basement. It is now the summer of 2025 with lots of rain but there have been no leaks since Groundworks completed our basement project. We are very happy with their work!"

"Chris and his two sons did an amazing job on remodeling my basement into a playroom for my twin boys. They were very sweet, made me feel comfortable and also were very good with my two toddler boys. The moment they came to my house to do an estimate, i felt very comfortable around them and they were very friendly and threw out ideas on the remodel, like lighting and other ideas. They finished the job in less than 30 days (which was the timeline given) and they were very patient with me when i had changed my mind on certain things. Chris even played with my boys and had conversations with me, so I felt like they were more family than strangers working on my house. They did an excellent job on the remodel and everything turned out better than I had envisioned it. They were always on time and always cleaned up each day after they were done. "Mark is an extremely hard worker. We had a complicated (to say the least) short sale buying experience and I truly believe it was his hard work ethic and "get it done attitude" that is allowing me to write this review from inside our new home. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions at all times of the day and even weekends. He had to deal with the bank and two different realtors to get our answers but he always got what we needed. He even helped me with a mortgage question after we made settlement a month later.
