His price was reasonable and he was able to make the area sparkle, also explaining exactly how to maintain it between annual maintenance visits. As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. Space, came up with a plan and completely followed through on the tile installation for my family room and office space. A little over 700 ft.² that had a few dynamic curbs and an uneven concrete floor. Sam was able to masterfully navigate Not only the floor but the design that I had drawn up. I have been in the Tile business for going on 15 years and another 23 years as an architect. Sam Is a talented Tile Contractor bordering on tile artist. I would highly recommend him to be used for your next major project. Being someone who has had a lot of work done to my house. I look for contractors that keep their word, masterful at the craft and sweat the details. Sam and SLR Tile works is all the above."
