"Mike showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the issues regarding my roof, and provided many recommendations. As a newer home owner that has luckily not had to make these calls before, Mike's professionalism and ability to describe the issues in a way I could understand could not be appreciated more. He had a positive attitude and even laughed at my jokes... While I was beyond impressed with the detail and assistance provided, I was not able to use them at this time. However, there is no question that I will use them in the future!"

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Tanner Welling was here today to inspect a small area of water on our basement floor. We have waterproofing from Baker,s, now Groundwork?s for the past 3 years. My husband called on Tuesday about the problem and here was Tanner just 2 days later to inspect the basement! He was very thorough and explained everything in detail as he went along. He is a very nice young man and solved the problem. We were very pleased with the quick response from Groundwork?s and the work of Tanner"

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."
