We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. "Overall, well. They did what they promised and we were able to work through unexpected issues easily. The crew is a bit noisy and works better when Rick is there. They do understand concrete and our driveway (a very big project) is the talk of the neighborhood. Ran into an issue where the driveway connects to a detached garage and Rick's solution was a good one, completing the job. Nice job sloping the concrete to move water away from the house."

"Mark was great. Got us the lowest APR. Went through Quicken loans, which Quicken contacted us multiple times and couldnt come close to Marks rate on count of they put fees into there rates. Had problem getting our Title from last mortgage companey we were sold to (didnt have) and we had lost our legal copy do to Sandy. Had unofficial HUD pappers that seemed to help. Had to extend a little at a little extra cost, but was well worth it. Dont think we will ever Refi again, but if we have to, will defenatley call Mark again.
