"Fantastic results!!!! William replaced and repaired rails and deck boards, rebuilt stairs from a lower 27 year old deck to an upper 37 year old deck, power washed everything, and then stained it. You cannot tell how old either deck is. His craftsmanship is something to be admired. I have before and after photos to support my statement and admiration of William's work. Building a deck without a permit could lead to fines for both the homeowner and the contractor. The exact penalties will depend on your state and municipal building laws. You might also be required to remove the deck and apply for a permit before you can build another.
