"Darin has been great to work with! Great ideas gor our lighting needs and very responsive. We are holding off on the project only because another home repair came up that needed attention. But we will definitely have Darin do the work once we are back om track."
"Ellen helped us design our kitchen in a way that finally reflects our style. She guided us through colors, furniture, and layout choices that made the space both beautiful and practical. We absolutely love it!"
"These people did an amazing job! Being the guy that I am my house definitely needed some new ideas. I have no clue about interior design, but working with them quickly put me at ease. So if you're looking for a company to guide you in the right direction and create something just for you, go with this interior design company!"
"Darin and his installation team were very professional and did an outstanding job. They replaced and significantly improved our existing outdoor landscape lighting. There was good communication throughout the project and the project was completed within the time frame discussed when the bid was provided. I would definitely use them again. Top Notch!!"
"We were so pleased with this company. I found them on Angies List and sent an inquiry email, and received an almost immediate return phone call to set up an estimate. Scott came out just a few days later at dusk and set up the lighting that we wanted so we could actually see what it would look like, which was extremely helpful. He also suggested uplighting a second tree which we hadn't considered, and it was a very good suggestion. We received an email estimate the next morning, accepted it that day, and the job was done today - just 4 days after accepting the estimate. The installers were very polite and helpful, and even though they had to dig a very shallow trench in the front yard to run wire to the tree, and across the driveway (between the concrete slabs), nothing is visible. We also had them install a timer that automatically adjusts itself for changes in sunset times and when we switch to and from daylight savings time, so there is nothing for us to do. The lights they use contain LED lights which should last 5 years and are very energy efficient. They also installed a new transformer. I absolutely love it when I get a prompt response to a request for service or for an estimate. My dealings with this company started off in a very promising manner and they continued to make us happy throughout. We would recommend them and would definitely use them again. "
"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
"Service went very well. I was very satisfied. They were very courteous and kind. They checked to make sure there's no leak. Overall I'm very happy with their service."
"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company! "
Replacing a pool light costs about $625 per light. If you only need to replace the light bulb, plan on paying about $20 to $100 per light. The largest cost factors include the type of pool light, the number of pool lights needed, and the labor costs in your location. But additional cost factors include work required on existing wiring, other repairs, and the continual maintenance needed to keep your pool light in good working condition after installation.
Installations include new light fixtures, upgraded panels, fixed outlets, and tracked wiring continuity.
You can use outdoor electrical outlets to conveniently power landscaping equipment such as electrical lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. From a recreational standpoint, outdoor outlets are handy for powering electric grills, mini-fridges, and stereos. They're also helpful when it's time to string Christmas lights on your home and around your property.
High-quality landscape lights that are hardwired and properly maintained can last for 10 to 25 years or more. You’ll usually get a longer lifespan from soffit lights and wall-mounted lights that aren’t directly exposed to the elements or prone to damage from foot traffic or vehicle traffic. Solar-powered and battery-powered lights often won’t last as long, but you can still expect a lifespan of five to 15 years.
Modern outdoor light fixtures are waterproof and weather resistant, and, provided they’re installed correctly and by a professional, the fixture and wiring can last for 20 to 30 years or more. The lifespan will depend largely on the quality of the fixture. The lifespan of the bulb will depend on the type of light you install:
CFL bulb (for sustained use): 15,000 hours
Halogen bulb (mostly for security): 2,000 hours
HID bulbs (for security): 12,000 hours
Incandescent bulb: 1,000 hours
LED bulb: 50,000 hours
