"The roof may look ok, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the ?cleanup? after the job was done.
The workers left multiple pieces of very sharp metal all over our yard.
We keep finding more metal each day, especially as more snow melts. And it is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable!
We have three dogs, all of which are now being put in serious danger on a daily basis due to the workers? sloppiness and unprofessionalism.
We also found a screw as well as a sharp piece of wood.
When we discovered the first two pieces of metal, we called and addressed our concerns with USA Home Improvement Solutions. Someone came out the very next day? only to collect the check (we paid in full) and to nonchalantly defend the workers.
There is no excuse! You cannot defend this!
He also had the audacity to suggest that we get a metal detector. No! YOU should get one and scan our yard!
