The roof may look ok, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the ?cleanup? after the job was done. The workers left multiple pieces of very sharp metal all over our yard. We keep finding more metal each day, especially as more snow melts. And it is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable! We have three dogs, all of which are now being put in serious danger on a daily basis due to the workers? sloppiness and unprofessionalism. We also found a screw as well as a sharp piece of wood. When we discovered the first two pieces of metal, we called and addressed our concerns with USA Home Improvement Solutions. Someone came out the very next day? only to collect the check (we paid in full) and to nonchalantly defend the workers. There is no excuse! You cannot defend this! He also had the audacity to suggest that we get a metal detector. No! YOU should get one and scan our yard! Quick to cash a check, yet can?t clean up after yourselves or take accountability/correct this negligence.

They left a disaster/hazard daily on the ground and on my roof (cigarette buts, screws). was cleaning up every day. Still find pieces and screws in bushes. The installation crew did a terrible job. had to get a new crew assigned. A crew member just arrived and was recorded on my cameras on my property urinating in clear view! Disgusting!!  Unprofessional! Put a hole in my good rubber roof while working! which was not being worked on. They just walked on and removed debris, then all left. So much bad work. ignorant, uncaring office staff and managers A lot is not done as it should be with metal roofing. Started bad at delivery with nobody helping 1 driver and left in driveway getting all scratched and gouged, which they still fight and say is ok! There is so much to say and explain, but not enough space or time to do it all. Beware!!!

I purchased my home in September of 2018 after living in it for 8 years. In December just before Christmas I received a letter from the insurance company that was recommended by the mortgage company informing me that my home had failed inspection because of a unsafe roof and that they were terminating my policy in 30 days. I was frantic because without insurance the mortgage company can call the loan due and forclose. I tried calling every insurance company to no avail...nobody would write the policy. Unable to sleep I was watching late night TV and saw a commercial for USA. I called next day and explained my situation to "Tom" who informed me that it was his company and he would do everything in his power to help. He was at my home the next day...did his inspection...wrote the estimate and the week after New Years they started work. The job was finished three days before termination day. I immediately notified the insurance company to reschedule an inspection and the rest is history. But that is not the end of the story. When the original work was done there was a small extension on the back of the house that we weren't sure about so we elected not to do anything with it. Fast forward to March of 2021 and I called Tom back and asked if he would be willing to finish the job. He said he would love to help and the job was completed today (27 April 2021). The work is as usual excellent. The work crew was courteous and efficient. So much so that when the crew began working I was informed by one of the men that the rain hat on my vent pipe was missing...he started the rest of the crew and left for Home Depot to get me a replacement part. Above and beyond...

They are very good and have good support.

The job went very quickly and it only took one day.

USA roofing came in on dates planned , ripped off 3 layers of old shingles, did awesome clean up, and installed new metal roof beautifully. As an ex roofer myself, these guys did a fabulous job, crew answered any and all questions with much knowledge behind it. Couldnt be more satisfied ....

scheduling was difficult but issues were resolved

My experience with USA was not good at all. The job was to start June 30th, it was not completed until October 13th. It was a basic metal roof, 1400 sq ft., over shingle. It turned out very sloppy and they had my yard trashed all Summer. Their guys showed up 1 day every few weeks. Very unhappy with this company. Hope this helps.

Corey was prompt for his appointments, and very prompt to get back with you with answers to questions. He comes to you with books of photo’s of jobs done, references from customers, and license’s, certifications and insurance certificate. He is very easy to speak with so if you have questions ask. I was shocked at the price, I expected it to much more then quoted and the warranties can’t be beat. In the process of getting materials ordered so I can’t say anything about the install yet but so far they have been very professional so I don’t expect any problems. Will try and follow up after the install.

They were very thoughtful and responsive through out the entire process. They answered all the questions we had and followed up after the work was done to see how we felt about it. I would recommend them to anyone.

the only contractor you need to look for !

This is the company that installed the vinyl flooring over our deck and replaced all of the railings. They have not started the roofing project yet. It is scheduled for the third week in December.

I find it quite difficult to answer this question because this survey already assumed that I had personal contact with local professional in a 40 to 60 mile range from my loisted location--138 Elm Street, Fallentimber, Pa 16639. this a 14 by 70 mobile home
