"These people did some work on a sewage pipe in our driveway on the home right before we bought it. A part of our driveway started to crumble and we contacted them. On multiple occasions, who I believe is the owner and the woman who works in the front office, claimed they would put us on the schedule to have the work repaired and yet months and months go by and they never put us on the schedule. All they had to do was say "we are not coming to fix your driveway." Instead, they continued to play games and act as if they were. We even gave them another job at our house while we were waiting and they were happy to accept that money. Never again. My suggestion is to not use this company."

"The leak was discovered on the Friday before Memorial Day. We left messages with four different plumbers and only heard back from one the next day. As of the week after the holiday we still have not heard from the other three. S J was terrific. They came shortly after the stated time, identified the problem immediately, explained what they needed to do and repaired it. We wouldn't hesitate to use S J Plumbing again should the need arise."

The bill had two lines Diagnose a problem $84.00 it took literally a few seconds to describe the problem, but I understand this is basically something that would get added to every single job for this professional.. Fill valve and flapper $226.00 When I asked about the above was told that it also included installation. So my question is basically why not break that into two lines so it is clear to see what one is paying for?"
