He came back to check the downstairs one and did something in the tank real quick that made some dark fluid come up so he realized it needed another part, I wonder why he didn't check that the first time he was here. After he put the new part in the tank lid was about an inch above where it was suppose to be and you could see the screws. I told him that was unacceptable and he came right back to correct it and it looks fine now. He was really pleasant. I don't think I should have had to pay for the part though."
