Everything went fine. Quick and courteous service. Caring company. When I called I got a rapid response. The work and the cost were explained to me. I did not haggle over the prices. They were reasonable. Effort was made to fix rather than trying to sell me something I did not need. Prices were reasonable ..The price(s) quoted at the beginning of the job was what I was required to pay when the job(s) were completely. Once the job was begun the work was completely without delays. . I have heard of companies that have started work and then disappeared. This company does not do that. I have been using the company for many years. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
Description of Work
Forty years ago my central air was replaced. Minor repairs have kept it operational until now. I called went it broke down today and service was immediate and since it could not be fixed I replaced both the AC and heating unit. I have had my duct work cleaned. They replaced my hot water hears years ago. It had a six year limited parts and equipment wanantee and after over twenty years I have decided to replace it. .
