These guys were great!
"The customer contacted us a few days after the install and we sent a man the next day to discover there was condensation in the lines and we took care of it right then and there. Roughly two months later she called and said that air isn't coming out of some of the ducts. Even though we installed the coil and condenser and didn't alter the ductwork, we sent a guy to make sure the blower was running. Upon inspection he noticed the system we installed was working great but some of the registers were not blowing proper air. We set an appointment to have a service manager and installer come over to see what we could do for her. We received a call from her before that appointment cancelling and telling us she as going to Angies List to complain. What we installed for her doesn't affect the ductwork but we are confident we could fix it for her given the chance."
