Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision."

I am the owner and do not have any employees at this time. I try to get the majority of my summertime work in pressure washing, and my wintertime, I try to do fill with painting. I don't do any sub-contracting jobs. I require supplies paid in full up front, before work begins. Labor must be paid at intervals throughout the job process, and labor is to be paid in full and job is finished.
