I started working with Jim Seibert of Trademark Cabinet Company this summer in preparation for a significant kitchen overhaul in my townhouse. From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs. The finished product was superb, the price very competitive, and I only have compliments for their work.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He provided guidance and made suggestions on extra finishes while keeping in our budget. I had high expectations and he exceeded them all. The quality is some of the best I’ve seen.

Very happy we had Jim do our kitchen. He was great about communicating from the start, something not easy to find. He listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions but supported our ideas and helped us figure out how to make them work well. The first draft of the kitchen drawings were exactly what we had said we wanted, from there we just tweaked plans a little and then Jim helped us decide on cabinet fronts. He mailed various samples to our house in between visits, always checking that we had what we wanted. There was a delay in getting started due to other projects, but Jim communicated with us the whole time. We were never left in the dark about what was going on. The contractor that he recommended to do the remodel work, Chuck, was also wonderful and we have nothing but good things to say about him and everyone he brought into our house to do work. We know the work they did is top notch. Jim and Chuck worked together to make sure there weren't any delays once they got started, and everything felt very well coordinated. We have lived in our new kitchen for two months now and absolutely love it. It's beautiful, but it also works well. We have solid wood cabinets with custom trim, a beautiful custom paint, and were able to work with Jim to customize the insides of every single cabinet. We have a small kitchen but were able to utilize every inch with pull-outs, pantry shelves, and custom fittings. The quality and service we got for the cost was absolutely worth it.

Jim did an excellent job. The refacing looks like brand new cabinetry & the new cabinets & island are just beautiful. Jim has an eye for detail & his craftsmanship is outstanding.

The workmanship is outstanding. The little details that make any project successful were completed. Jim and his assistant hand planed the tops to fit into our unsquared corners vs. filling in with a huge bead of caulk. Filling in all nail holes with color matched filler. Aligning the doors. Installing customer provided hardware and baseboard. They took all precautions to protect our flooring from damage and left nothing behind for us to clean up.
