"I found a pile of gnawed wood bits by a baseboard and observed small ants hauling out the bits from behind the wall. I called John ad we discussed the issue and we were pretty sure it was NOT carpenter ants, but he told me to check at night as they are nocturnal. I confirmed it was just the little ones. John educated me on the issue, and the relationship the ants arrival had to a moisture issue I am working on resolving. I appreciated that John TOLD ME THE COST OF HIS VISIT BEFORE COMING OUT.  He came the next day and sprayed under the baseboard and also in the basement ceiling below. I was very happy because he completed the service I requested and did NOT try to sell me additional services....which as you know, there are many available for both inside the house as well as on the outside property! Now I just need to wait a couple of weeks to make sure the ants are gone!"
