He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. Zero complaints. Just good work. Steve will be the first person I call for assistance with other jobs from now on for sure. Thank you!"

"Overall, very satisfied with the job. They installed new screening in our patio door. The work was completed a week before the original estimate, the price was fair, and the workmanship was great. However, it would be nice if the company would take an extra few minutes and clean the door frame. Apparently that service isn't included in the price, but most people would probably pay a few dollars extra to have the frame wiped down so they could just re-install the door. As a business owner myself, I wouldn't (and don't) turn a completed project over to the customer that he or she would then have to do additional work on. But this issue wouldn't prevent me from recommending the company."
