He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. Zero complaints. Just good work. Steve will be the first person I call for assistance with other jobs from now on for sure. Thank you!"

However, it would be nice if the company would take an extra few minutes and clean the door frame. As a business owner myself, I wouldn't (and don't) turn a completed project over to the customer that he or she would then have to do additional work on.
