After all was done and paid for, I found one area that needed a touch up. He could have put that off indefinitely but instead came right out and took care of it. Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. The job started on Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction the following week on Tuesday. I felt Mark really listened to us and did the work the way we wanted it done."
