I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. He cleaned up and even vacuumed every day, so there was no mess or dust. He started the project, saying it would take two weeks, and finished in exactly that amount of time. It is comforting to know that I have someone to help with anything I might need, from brickwork to renovations to repairs to Landscaping! "

Even though it isn't something that they'd normally do, they recognized that they could take a grass that is not their proprietary product, however using their proprietary expertise, and make chicken salad out of chicken s#*t! After reaching out to FL after a terrible grass install as indicated above, the owner Jim reached back to me the next day and said he'd have their project manager stop by to have a look. Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way.
