Kay home improvement and appliances repair has been in the business since 13 years ago, I do all handyman work such as basic plumbing, lighting/Fans and basics electrical ( certified from Lincoln technical institute on 2013) , appliances repair and most homes improvement work.

I told them that spraying seems not to be working, so they scraped off the paint and then they brushed paint on, but when they brushed paint and the paint dried, you can actually see where the old scraped painting was and the work that they did doesn't look good at all."

But if your Christmas lights are new and you want further protection, you can find weatherproof covers to add to the male-end connectors of your Christmas light strings. These can minimize the risk of shorts.
