"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"To date this contractor has performed very well. The job is not finished yet, waiting for the counter top to be installed. Once installed the contractor will finish. The contractor has worked around our needs to have a minimal impact due to the kitchen under contraction. Workmenship is excellent. Just finished the project except for two stand-a-lone cabinets. (These cabinets were returned because they were to wrong ones.) Contractor will return when they arrive. The kitchen looks great as does the breakfast area, hallway and entrance. Quality workmanship. "I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."

"Eric repaired existing laminate wood flooring in my Mt Washington condo. Despite weeks of shopping I could not find panels to match and only Eric offered to do the job with the little existing stock we had. He offered to do the job within a week of our first meeting but my wife insisted on trying to find more panels to no avail. Eric showed up a week after we called him back with a very qualified assistant and finished the job within about 4 hours. It is absolutely perfect and he came in at half the price of the other contractor we talked to (the original installer BTW). All I can say is Eric and his company are great. His website says he is out of Indiana PA but he clearly services Pittsburgh."
