"Last summer, I had a complete bottom to top rebuild of my chimney. So going forward, I wanted to insure that I protect this investment for many years to come. After doing research on multiple companies, I hired Warrington Chimney & Fireplace because they had outstanding reviews on Angi and several other websites and because I wanted a company that could do thorough job cleaning my chimney, could do a level 1 or 2 inspection, and could provide a written report with photos after the service call. Previously, the chimney sweep company that used to clean my chimney only did one up and down sweep ... and was done cleaning the chimney in about 10 minutes. That said, I never felt like the prior company did thorough job. Warrington Chimney & Fireplace checked all of the requirements mentioned above. All of my questions were answered prior to the service call. The gentleman that serviced my chimney was Chris K. He was simply outstanding ... a really nice and friendly guy. Chris initially called me on the day of the appointment to advise me of his arrival time - he even called me a second time to advise that he would be a little bit later than expected due to unexpected heavy traffic.
