Dr. Sunshine Solar started out of the growing need for homeowners who have had solar companies install solar panels with great haste, only to abandon their responsibilities to maintain and service the solar equipment shortly thereafter. "He over-promised, but under-delivered. My main concern was repairing the cracks in the driveway. He said he would take care of them. What he did was to seal the driveway, leaving more than half of the cracked spots unrepaired. He charged $900 for the job worth $450 only. When I raised an issue for those unrepaired cracks, he said I should then have to called the asphalt paver, saying that those cracks are unrepairable. Which is contrary to what he promised when he quoted. This guy is not trustworthy."

General Contractor/Handyman. My motto is "Doing it right at a fair price!" I usually work by myself. However from time to time depending on the size of job, I may use a sub-contractor to help. All estimates are free and very detailed so customers now exactly where the money is being spent. I do try and require financing upfront for all material and then when the job is finished the remaining balance. If the job last longer than 2 weeks, I request a portion of the remaining balance at that time and the rest when the job is completed, or every 2 weeks there after. I am Fully Licensed and Insured.
