"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

The finished work has a slight grade away from my house which has helped reduce water flow toward my basement. "Hired Bucco's to do an emergency tarping when a tree fell on my house while waiting for insurance to approve a repair because they made a lot of promises that they'd be able to stop the water and get my roof "water tight". First off, they don't seem to understand what an emergency is because they took a week to first get out while it rained almost every day and I had water pouring through my roof. Once they finally got it on, it rained again the next and sure enough, water starts pouring through the roof again. I send them a text and they say "yeah, we'll send someone back out". Another week goes by while it rains every other day and they finally get out to adjust the tarp. Two days later, it rains again, and once again, water starts pouring through the roof into the house. Text them again, and they tell me "oh well, flat roofs are tricky" and then never come back out. Luckily another company was able to push me up on their schedule"
