Update: not happy with the plumbing. Installed a laundry sink with the drain into the floor sealed with concrete. I had been noticing a white powdery substance growing around the edge of the new concrete and assumed it was normal. Later I noticed wetness under the sink but assumed it traveled...

Within 2 months of completing the job, the concrete started to crack again.  Promises to return and repair the damage were not kept.  Phone calls not returned.  This company cannot be trusted and I cannot recommend them.

It took one year to start work, added cost of $5,000 plus to original quote of $13,000.00.  Installed really large windows in bedroom and bathroom stating they were required but talked to another contractor who said they weren't.  Finishing work very poor.  Sprung a leak after old toilet...

After they poured the footer the masonry work on the block wall was horrible.  There were holes through the seems in the blocks that the sun would shine through.  The blocks did not even completely set on the footer.  When they poured the floor, they finished the concrete with a rake.  When...

Wonderful experience. Wayne and his crew are always on time, and very nice. They work hard and do a very thorough job. The carpets and furniture always look wonderful when they are finished. I would never use any other company.
