"Outstanding job. I thought this job might fall under the "DIY" category, but just to be on the safe side of averting a garage disaster, I decided to let the pro's with experience do this. Turns out that was a great choice. Mike (and a helper) came out to do the job. The equipment involved in doing the job right was way beyond anything a "normal" homeowner could or would get their hands on. Diamond bladed concrete floor grinders alone are not something I typically go out and use on my free weekends. Anyway, it was a two day process that was very professionally carried out, and the finished product is amazing. Very happy with Stronghold floors and I would recommend using them if you thinking of upgrading your floors."

The date was promised via word of mouth (but never transferred to the contract) and told I'd be notified if anything changed. Needless to say I missed 1½ days of work waiting for the crew to show up. When I called, they assured me the VP would call to resolve the issue. It's been 17 days (and counting) so far and haven't had any kind of follow-up. Pleased with the work, extremely disappointed with the communication."
