Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. "After initial try and fail to follow up, we agree to a second attempt and they arrived on time and performed an excellent job of cleaning the vinyl siding, making sure that the house was clean, and without destroying plantings, as a previous home exterior cleaner had done. Rather than pressure washing, they used a mild chemical wash. Work included three stories high on one side of our hillside house. They also located a blockage in our downspout that had resulted from an earlier roofing job and cleared it. Will hire again when the house needs cleaning."
