"The broken off post had been set in concrete in the ground.  He had to jackhammer out the old concrete, put in new concrete and set a new pressure treated 4x4 post in place, brace it while it set for a couple of days, and attach the rest of the original privacy fence. Came back a couple of days later after the concrete had set, removed the brace, and inspected the job for customer satisfaction. Don showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he'd do, and charged me less than his original estimate. Very professional.
