This was my second hire of Rose construction."

Six days later it came in and I called and he said he needed a few days because of gallbladder surgery. I called back 10 days later and he was in the middle of a project and asked me to give him a couple of days. I gave him 5. When I called he did not answer. I called the next day and again no answer. So I texted him a day later asking if he planned on coming back to finish the job I paid him for. He replied , I am sending you a check. After 5 days I texted him and said if he did not return my money I would contact Angi. He was very upset with me that and said not to threaten him and that the check was sent MINUS a 30% service charge. As of this writing I have NOT received a check."
