"I feel like it is difficult to rate what little job did. Not because I didn t, or did, like his work, but the truth of the matter is, that he was cleaning gutters. How would I know what it looked like before and after. It s up too high for me to see. I can only imagine, from the amount of leaves I see on the ground every Fall, the gutters were probably loaded with leaves, and I can only hope that he did a good job. 🤷🏽‍♀️ One thing will probably make his job more apparent to me is when we get another heavy rainfall. The gutters above my kitchen window were showering down like a waterfall. So if that doesn t happen, on the next heavy rain, I can imagine the gutters are probably cleared."

"The girls worked in teams & the same ones came to your house each time so they got to know your house. They took constructive criticism & we were lucky  & got a good team. The problem was the owner. She was very non-confrontational. I was having problems with pricing, etc., & she would not deal with it. Her office manager did not have the authority to handle it.
