I was very pleased with the service Molly maids provided! They were early to the appointment and did an excellent job despite the fact that our power got turned off a day early. The girls that came to the house were very nice and professional. I'm thinking about having them come clean our new house once we get settled!

"I have reviewed your comments. I am at a loss as to why now after all this time you feel the need to state them. From our records you were cleaned August of 2013. If there was an issue with any of your cleaning, we would have been glad to reclean any areas that you did not feel we provided our high level of service and that our policy is to come back if notified within 24 hours... Also, when you cancelled in September 2013, when asked why you were cancelling, you stated that you would be having a friend help you. Another opportunity to voice your concerns to us. We are disappointed that you needed to be so public with your comments. We have been in business for over 18 years, we are not perfect, but strive to make each customer's experience with our services a pleasant one."

The women who do the work are extremely professional and responsive to what we need to have done. The only problem I've had is that they sometimes come over early if they have a cancellation, which can cause problems. Otherwise I've been very satisfied and pleased with the work and the agency.

The girls worked in teams & the same ones came to your house each time so they got to know your house. They took constructive criticism & we were lucky & got a good team. The problem was the owner. She was very non-confrontational. I was having problems with pricing, etc., & she would not deal with it. Her office manager did not have the authority to handle it. I simply kept being put off to the point that they wouldn't even send me a bill! I was getting free cleaning. I finally figured out what I felt was fair and canceled my service. She accepted my decision and I never saw them again.

This service started off very well but as time went on, they seemed to take advantage of the fact that it was one single individual living in a home which was rarely used and did the minimum amount of cleaning. They would come in and out in a short time and I would find counter tops that were still dusty and cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners of the hardwood floors. I brought these items up twice and they were corrected then it started happening again as they raised the price of the monthly cleaning so I stopped using them. Also, it would have been nice to get a phone call asking how things were going before raising the price, I might have continued to use them if they corrected the issues. In all fairness they were very flexible with my schedule and attentive to my needs and they can be trusted, I never found anything stolen or broken and they came when they were suppose to and always called me first. I was surprised, no one ever called me to see why I canceled.

they were very friendly and punctual, i just think that they clean everything every time, and making beds and changing sheets is extra.
