"I contacted Angi's in May, 2024. Then, I received a call from Precision Renovations. I told them this is a large job, asked if they have a licensed electrician, told yes. Asked if they had a crew, told yes. The job started as planned. There were delays in the work by the contractor taking other jobs. Work started approximately 06/21/24. The contractor left the job on 08/23/24. Contractor told me the morning of 08/23/24 that he was going to another job. They smoked cigarettes, and I told them I didn't want cigarette butts laying around. After they left, my wife and I spent 2 days cleaning up the mess of nails, garbage, and construction trash they left. As I became concerned, I went up on the second story roof and was shocked the roof was not properly shingled, many exposed nails on top of shingles, my basement was flooded because they left garbage in the gutter that clogged the downspouts. Toward the end it was getting almost impossible to communicate with the contractor as he would lie or not answer. He never checked the quality of work or followed up to confirm any issues."
