"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I donâ t often write reviews except for exceptional service! I found Brothers on Angieâ s List and decided to call. First, they responded quickly and Jacob, their estimator was out soon after. He didnâ t try to upsell me. We discussed my top roof gutter that looked like a good heavy snow would bring it down and my front porch gutter whose only purpose seemed to be for watering the plant I stuck under its leak. The weather held up the team, but I appreciated the emails and phone calls to update my status. When the crew came out, they were friendly, polite, efficient craftsmen who fixed the existing gutter (they could have told me it needed to be replaced) and installed the new one. They were done and cleaned up quickly! I recommend them highly! Price and service - Commendable. Added plus, Jacob is a dog wrangler. As I was signing the contract my lab-mix escaped out the front door. Jacob helped corral my troublemaker as I followed in the car. Jacob saved me from a heart-attack and heart break. "We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.
Bob shows a concern for his homeowner's well being in all matters and is very knowledgable. I fully recomend him to anyone seeking a similar install, and will consider Rock-a-fella's when ever I have a gravelly/patio/deck need in the future.
