Triangle Heating & Cooling

Although I initially wrote a negative review for Triangle. They have reached out to me and done everything possible to make things right. In the end they do stand by their work.

I received the invoice (screenshot included) for $13,000. I never had heating work done before so I didn?t think of it. When I submitted it to insurance, they questioned why it was so much. I thought the insurance was avoiding payment so I looked into the cost. I found the exact model for under $3000 on various sites (screenshot included). What Triangle was charging for installation was $10,000. There was no extra ductwork or wiring, they just swapped out furnaces. Both the insurance and I attempted to get an itemized invoice explaining the high cost but Triangle refused. The adjuster said they would pay if they had a justification for the additional cost but Triangle straight out refused. If the cost was legitimate, they would have no problem providing a detailed invoice. Due to their uncaring and questionable business practices I am left holding the bag. If you plan to do business with this company, please know that you will be paying what they think they can get out of you.

We started dealing with Triangle Heating, Cooling & Plumbing several years ago and always received excellent service. Last year we had to have our Electric Hot water heater replaced. We went with a package that included annual heater inspections. This year was the first year for the inspection. The technician, Trevor Nichols, did a fantastic job. He checked our heater, flushed the system and gave us an update on the condition of the heater. In addition, since, we took advantage of Triangle's annual plumbing inspection program, Trevor included a service of our entire plumbing system on his visit. Triangle Heating, Cooling & Plumbing are now our go to company for all our plumbing needs.

Very quick response getting estimate. Timely install with no issues. Install of gas line could have been a bit more craftsman like. But overall, not bad.

Overall good experience. Responsive front office and knowledgeable technicians.

We were very happy at first when they installed a new heat pump for us last year. A few weeks ago, we had no heat. They came to replace the electrical panel. A few days later, we still had no heat, and I was told they had no one who could come out to look at our unit. We had another heating company came out and told us that Triangle had some of the wirings incorrectly connected and the panel is defective. Triangle told my spouse they are not coming back to fix the issue. I am confused, I thought a company would service what they sell. Can you explain why you are not going to fix a defective product your company installed?

Triangle heating & cooling has gained a happy customer. I had a hot water heater installed to supplement an older boiler. The technician Trent was very knowledgeable and installed everything 100%. I would definitely recommend Triangle heating & cooling.

I don't know how is Company made it on your list. Worst Company out there. I signed a contract with them and I ask them to work on a pioneer split AC unit. Understand he had my money and then he says I don't work on a unit he didn't INSTALL. He still has my money and the AC UNIT still doesn't work.

Triangle are the ultimate professionals. They got us up and warm again as quickly as possible. They were very inventive and flexible to meet our unique needs.

They charged $822 for a job that took 4 hours. Technician was awesome, but pricing was insane. $400 more than another rooting company last year. Price not worth the great personality of the tech!
