My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. "The salesman came on time and was respectful of my time. I had done a lot of research and he did not try to extend the presentation with what I had seen from others. I felt he was straight forward. Once I decided to use Castle, the scheduling was fine. Unfortunately, the wrong glass was ordered but they took care of it and swapped it out a few weeks later. I was glad to have the follow-up appointment because there was a draft under the sidelight that was fixed when the second crew came with the new glass. Both crews are very nice. Overall the experience was fine and I would use them in the future.
