"We hired Zach and Ed to clean the rugs throughout our entire house. They are the only company I called who actually came to see the house and the condition of the rugs. When Zach came to my house he was clear about the difference and how he would approach each area. He told me what gets moved and how they handle closets and other places hard to reach places. The day of the cleaning Ed and Zach were prompt and thorough with their service. The cleaning went smoothly and the carpets came out great.
