Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. Eric was competent, articulate, and professional. Problem was diagnosed immediately, solutions clearly conveyed, and then carried out quickly. Focus was on fixing the entire system with respect to any issues ranging from the dryer itself to protecting the external vent rather than just on one aspect of the system.
